Travel and Stay
We have reserved rooms for all of our guests at the beautiful L'Arancera di Villa Grabau, Via delle Ville, 2400, 55100 Lucca LU, Italy. We will spend our festive weekend at the villa and the surrounding areas.
The villa is located 1 hour away from Florence and 4 hours away from Rome by car. We strongly recommend renting your own vehicle for the weekend as the public transportation is not the most convenient in that area. The villa has a very spacious parking lot so we will all fit nicely. You can also opt in to take a train from Rome to Florence and rent a car there!
All guest bedrooms are a part of shared apartments, where you will have access to the apartment’s kitchen. As much as we’d love to share every meal together, breakfast will be a DIY affair during your stay. We encourage you to bring your favourite morning essentials or plan a quick trip to a local café. There are some great spots at the nearby city of Lucca!

Check-in to the villa – from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to arrive later! Please note that the villa will be billing guests 20 €/h + 22% VAT per every hour after 7 p.m.

Welcome pizza party – time TBD, but likely second half of the day
We would love to welcome you to our weekend by having a cute pizza party by the pool (weather permitting)! Please enjoy your day before the party however you want!

The big day! While we don’t have all the details for the ceremony yet, we hope we will get to dance and celebrate until very late.

Free to explore day
After a night of dancing, laughter, and maybe a little too much cake, April 28th is all yours. Sleep in, lounge by the pool, wander the charming streets of Lucca, or maybe join us for a day trip to Florence. Just enjoy a beautiful day in Italy however you like!

Dress Code
For our wedding, we kindly request black tie attire. Gentlemen, please wear a tuxedo. Ladies, an evening full-length gown is perfect.
Colour Scheme
Ladies, please refrain from wearing neon bright, off-white, and cream colours. You can refer to the collage for color schemes. Please wear full or midi length gowns. Mixed textures and fabrics are welcome as well!
Gentlemen, please wear black tuxedos. Please refrain from wearing light coloured, or blue toned suits. Also please refrain from wearing casual shoes, but they are great for our welcome pizza party on April 26th!
